Thanks to facebook and someone's status update the girls got to see their first hockey game and not only their first hockey game but a MISSISSIPPI STATE HOCKEY game. Who even knew?!?! Not me! Luckily, they were playing a weekend series so we were able to check the team out. We picked a great one to go to because the Bulldogs won 5-1. The hockey rink is newly built so much so that their bleachers were not complete so we got to sit on the glass in the middle of the action. The crashing into the glass was a bit much for Lillie but as long as she paid attention all was good. She also had Kenzie to save the day who took her and Annie into the lobby area that had a little more room, a fireplace, and a viewing area to still watch the game. It was quite an experience and I hope we get to see them play again.
