The Week That Was... April 30th - May 5th

The week that was April 30th - May 5th... where did the time go?!? How did it already become May? 

Monday, I took the girls to the Zoo for a little time together after being gone all weekend. The girls always enjoy a trip to the Zoo - plus we have to get them in before it gets too unbearable! 

During the Sea Lion Show the girls ate their lunch.

After the Sea Lion Show, we went and found the Polar Bears. I guess it was his exercise time because he walked up to the window and then did the Michael Jackson moonwalk back and then returned to the window. It was like he was stuck on repeat. The girls loved it so we sat there for a few minutes! It is so crazy how close they are to that scary bear! 

The Hippos were out too. The camera is not zoomed in at all - they were that close to the gate... also a bit freaky. Luckily, it was nap time. The girls enjoyed it but got to say I was glad they were asleep. They would probably swallow Annie whole!

Monday afternoon, it was a popsicle kind of day! 

Tuesday, Annie got into the stickers... as you can see! She was so proud of herself. 

I'm not quite sure if you can tell but Monday she had a run in with swing... literally and I think the swing won. She had a rug burn scrape under her chin all the way onto the top of her nose. It was a bloody mess (b/c she split her lip too) but after she calmed down all was fine. She has so much fun playing with the boo boo bunny. However, she never puts it on the injured spot but it always seems to comfort her just to be able to hold her... and play with ice cube!

Wednesday after school, we met the Rainey's for an after school snack at TCBY! They are so silly together!  (Not sure if anyone noticed but they requested TCBY so they could sit at the little kid table which they are NOT sitting at! Not even sure if those are suppose to be seats or tables that they are sitting on... luckily there weren't too many people there while we were!)

Lookie lookie!! I think this has to be the first picture where they have all looked and smiled at the same time!

Saturday night we were meeting friends for dinner and bringing a dessert so the girls felt it was their job to help! Not really sure where Lillie's clothes are but we are going to throw that up to a lazy Saturday morning! They were so excited to help out... as you can see from their silly faces!!

Of course, sprinkles had to be added... as always!!
